Goin' Crazy

While Vince Young is recovering from injury, we have a lot of time to review the events of last weekend, in which he was apparently sulking on the bench after his second interception, sitting on the bench with a towel over his head, telling head coach Jeff Fisher that he wasn't going back into the game, leaving his house without his cellphone, being in a bad state of mind so that his family called the team and/or police, and being found eating chicken wings and drinking beer with a friend. To me that sounds perfectly sane as I do that 4 or 5 times a week (the chicken wings and beer part). Anyway, this whole story reminds me of the Bad Boys movie theme, or at least the verse by Nelly, who warns NFL general managers about being seduced simply by the visible skills and body of a player, without analyzing their mental stability.

"I'm still a sucka for cornrows, I'll never change that. Your body is bangin' mama but where your brains at?".

Sounds as if the Titans should have found out where Young's brain is at.
