Please note that for the rankings all victorious teams are ranked ahead of those that tied and lost, in order of which teams I feel played the best. As we move through rounds 2 and 3, the records of the teams become less consequential (meaning a team with 1 win and 1 draw could be ranked ahead of a team with 2 wins).
